Reset password

To reset your password without logging in, visit Reset Password. Enter the email address associated with your account and click the send button. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

If you're logged in, go to the "My Account" page. Then, use the "Reset password" section to set a new password.

Create an order

Follow these steps to place an order:

• Select the type of product you need.
• Choose the relevant category.
• Browse through the products and select one.
• Check the product details.
• Enter the link and quantity.
• Click the “Confirm and pay” button to place your order.
• Use the “Track order” button or go to your “Profile”, select “Orders” to track your order progress.

Manage your Wallet

After signing up, you can add funds into your Wallet or buy products directly. You can view your payment history on the payment page. Adding funds to your Wallet lets you complete transactions quickly without needing to pay each time and keep your subscription orders up and running.

To add funds to your Wallet:

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Select or enter the amount you want to add.
3. Choose your payment method.
4. Enter the required information for your selected payment method.
5. Click the “Continue” button and enter your card details to complete the transaction.

To create a website:

You can also import products from your own website using an API connection, making integration seamless and boosting your sales. To do this, you'll need an API for your site, allowing you to quickly list products from your website on Growerse.

To start selling, fill out the seller form and get approved. Once approved, you can add products and start selling on Growerse.

Creating an automation order

Automations allow you to schedule orders at specific intervals for products that support this feature. Here’s how to set up an automated order:

1. Enter the link and custom quantity for your order.
2. Check the "Automation" box.
3. In the "Runs" section, specify how many times you want the order created.
4. In the "Interval (minutes)" section, set how often you want the order created.
5. Confirm the total quantity.

This feature helps you manage your orders efficiently by sending the desired quantities at regular intervals without needing to place each order manually.

Note that this feature is not available for all products.

Creating a subscription

Subscriptions automatically trigger orders based on your settings for products that support this feature. Here’s how to set up a subscription:

1. Enter the username.
2. Specify the number of future posts you want to cover.
3. Specify the number of past posts you want to cover.
4. Set the custom quantity with a minimum and maximum range.
5. Choose a delay option if needed.
6. Set an expiry date if needed.
7. Click the “Confirm and Pay” button.

Once set up, your orders will process automatically as long as you have enough funds. You won’t need to log in each time to boost a post. This feature ensures your posts get the desired interactions at the intervals you set.

Note that this feature is not available for all products.
